“Ordered online but good customer service from the telephone team when placing the order slightly late in the day and then tracking the delivery with TPN. TPN is not good at keeping you informed by normal delivery company standards but the BBQ World telephone team tracked things well and responded quickly to queries over delivery.”

“the Weber bbq is fine, but the delivery experience was poor. Legs were damaged on first delivery. To be fair to BBQWorld, they were responsive and sent out another set. Unfortunately, one leg was more damaged than the first one, so have ended up using the leg from the first delivery :(”
