“This is the second time that I have purchased from BBQ world & I have to say that the service this time was just as good as it was 9 years ago. Incredibly prompt delivery, ie next working day. Also a very keen price on a weber BBQ. Still to assemble but know it will all be fine.”

“We bought a Weber BBQ and some accessories. Originally ordered online and then telephoned to add some bits to the order. The team were really helpful and the order received on time. The BBQ was easy to put together and used it for the first time in the cold!! The product is great and service was excellent so highly recommend BBQ World”

“Bought a Weber BBQ and cover in September 2022 from BBQ World as the price was too good to miss and couldn’t be beaten elsewhere. It arrived on the expected date and communication with the company was good and efficient. I actually got round to building the BBQ a couple of weeks ago. There was damage to a component from when it was packed at the Weber factory. On reporting this to BBQ World, their Customer Service department took immediate ownership of the problem. The service to rectify this (replacement part) was organised very quickly and efficiently by BBQ World and the process was very simple and efficient. From reporting the issue to the arrival of the new part took less than a week. Overall, I am very impressed and can highly recommend them on both price and customer care.”
