“In July I ordered a Cadac BBQ prior to going away for a weeks caravanning at the end of August, whilst using the BBQ I noticed that the thermometer wouldn’t go above 100C and last Sunday sent an email to Dawsons Department Store informing them of the problem, after giving them the serial number and a photo of the part in question this morning they have contacted Cadac and this afternoon informed me that a new part is being dispatched by Cadac direct to me. This is exceptional service by Dawsons which I would like to thank them for”
