“Bought a BBQ in December, I made the mistake of not checking the contents of the box and came around to building it a week ago and some of the parts inside were badly damaged. Contacted customer services and they instantly replaced the whole bbq, great experience and great customer service.”

According to the assembly sheet, one bolt is missing.
This has been reported to customer service Friday.
Received a email with some follow up questions. I answered and now waiting to hear outcome.”
