“BBQ World provides an excellent service with competetive prices. I recently bought four 10kg bags of Heat Beads Briquettes that were packed in a single cardboard box. The label on the box indicated 4kg instead of 40kg that was to be delivered by DPD. Unfortunately, the petit female courier driver was unable to deliver due to the weight, It would probably be far better to pack the goods in multiple boxes.”

“Ordering was super easy and delivery was excellent overall. I did have a minor issue with communication during delivery - the courier apparently tried to contact me but didn't leave a message, which meant I had no idea they'd attempted to arrange my delivery delivery. However, when I reached out to your customer service team to arrange the actual delivery, they were fantastic and sorted everything out quickly. Just a suggestion: it might be worth giving feedback to your courier company that calling without leaving a message isn't really effective communication - if there's no message, it's as if the call never happened! Despite this small hiccup, I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would definitely order from here again.”
