“I would have given it 5* but the delivery was disappointing........waited around all day to be informed 2hrs before delivery.......anytime between 2.30 and 5pm.....arrived 4.56.”
“Very prompt service, great range of products and very responsive when I bought a Weber BBQ, but a recent smaller purchase highlighted issues with the storage of goods which were dispatched in an unacceptable condition, notwithstanding the fact that they were sale items . I would suggest a review of the quality control process at the point of packing !! The returned goods are not fit to be sold ...I hope my refund is actioned promptly”

“BBQ World provides an excellent service with competetive prices. I recently bought four 10kg bags of Heat Beads Briquettes that were packed in a single cardboard box. The label on the box indicated 4kg instead of 40kg that was to be delivered by DPD. Unfortunately, the petit female courier driver was unable to deliver due to the weight, It would probably be far better to pack the goods in multiple boxes.”
