“Customer service abysmal. I bought a portable bbq on line and the website page presented some options for the regulator connector. I ordered the only one that looked to suit (on other pages were further options) but it was the wrong one. Firstly I would have thought that the experts would have advised me at despatch but no - I emailed customer service to explain and they said I had bought the wrong one and it was “unfortunate” - I emailed again for help in sorting an exchange but have not had a reply.”

“Just received our Pit Boss Sportsman 3 Portable Gas BBQ Including Cart. Great communication and the item has arrived. Easy instructions and well set out to build. We haven’t used it as yet as it’s now too cold up here in Scotland but I can’t wait. We will be using Dawson’s again. Great service.”
