“A competitively priced purchase that was delivered promptly. There was a damage issue with one part of the BBQ that would have happened at the time of packaging by the manufacturer, I reported this and sent photographs at the part was forwarded next working day so an excellent service”

“It was very easy to place an order online. BBQ World had the item in stock and delivery was very quick. The item arrived in good conditiuon. communication from them was very good and their price was the lowest I could find by between £20 to £40 lower tan other suppliers.”

“Well pleased with BBQ World’s service. Good website, good range of BroilKing grills. Prices seem to be fixed across all on-line suppliers, I checked a few and all were giving 5% discount so no advantage price-wise. Quick delivery, helpful driver took pallet away. No complaints at all, thank you BBQ World. I would certainly use you again.”

“So easy to order on line and more importantly when I had question about the extra’s I got straight through to a person ( not an automated service ). The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. I double ordered one item which was quickly refunded. Excellent service”
