“Good value and fast delivery. I bought Bradley smoker bisquettes which are expensive anyway. BBQ world had them cheaper than most other online sellers and then they offered an additional 10% discount. Delivery was very reasonable and really quick, they said 3 -5 working days but they arrived the following day. Thank you and well done and the delivery charge was only £2.99”

“Having reviewed many BBQ sets over the last few months and in particular at the Caravan & Camping show. BBQ World offered the best deal on package and price. Our delivery was swift and the packaging was good. Unfortunately though, one of our items was damaged and another was missing. BUT, without any problems or delay, BBQ World had it all sorted and replaced without any fuss. For Service, Delivery AND Price, that's a 5 STARS from us then. Thank you BBQ World.”

“BBQ World were great. I talked to Julie via the online chat to ensure I could get my Cadac Trio Power Pak Quick Release the following day, as we were going on a last minute trip and could not take our big 15kg cylinder. Julie told me what to do to ensure the warehouse sent it out same day, got it the next morning - brilliant service, I'm looking forward to ordering by next Cadac product (cadac 2 cook 2 pro deluxe qr - when it's in stock) would definitely recommend. Thank you Julie and the BBQ World Team for all your help👍”

“Excellent delivery service. Broil King S590 arrived with three broken parts and a dented hood. Photos sent to BBQ World who were very helpful and Broil King replaced the damaged parts within a week. Hard work to build. Haven’t had chance to use it yet.”

“I ordered a Traeger Ranger online at BBQWorld which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, the item was damaged. I contacted BBQWorld straight away and they arranged an exchange without a fuss. Excellent customer service. Would buy from them again.”
