“Ordered a Cadac BBQ that had next day delivery, did not want it sent next day as I would be away so rang them as per notes on website. Courier still tried to deliver next day so package was in the van all day needlessly, thankfully other than a slightly bashed box the BBQ was intact.”

“Delivery was next working day as promised, however not using a pallet delivery lorry, just a transit van whose driver proposed to offload the heavy BBQ by pushing it off the back of the van ('bump it off'). I constructed a ramp so we could push it more securely to the ground.”
