“Phoned with a problem with my new q1200 at 4.30 pm to be told by an answerphone we close at 5pm!!!!
Really annoying when that happens!
Sorted the problem the next morning.
However, another query I’m still not convinced about: once I screw the portable gas canister in and use it but it’s not empty can I unscrew it again to disconnect it in transit?
Even Weber HQ were vague so would appreciate a definitive response to that. Otherwise all excellent as you tend to be! Hence I use you again!”
“Very happy with my order. Whilst the bbq cover itself seems a little overpriced bbq world had the lowest price I could find , delivered very quickly and kept me well informed throughout.”
“One corner of the box was worn through and the triangular frame which connects the legs was protruding. Some paint missing from the protruding edge. The BBQ itself is undismayed.
My other small gripe is that based on the fact their delivery statement has warnings of unavoidable delays due to ‘you know what’, I had to contact them to obtain confirmation that my (£15) Saturday delivery would take place.

“The first sear grate arrived broken. I phoned up and a replacement was sent without fuss which I received within 48 hrs. Great service but they might like to add extra protection to brittle items like grates!”
“My order was processed quickly and arrived as promised. The packaging looked as if it had been resealed raising my concern that it may have been opened before or even re-sold having been returned. However, the contents were all in order with no items missing or any signs of use. I have not been able to use the barbecue as yet, but have no reason to believe it will not perform as advertised.”

“Ordered a BBQ and a cover.
Both were dispatched that day as promised.
However, despite both packages arriving at the local DPD depot together, DPD decided only to deliver one, and we had to wait another day for the BBQ itself to arrive.
Having said all that the BBQ and cover arrived in perfect condition, and have been extensively used since then”
“Staff were very friendly & knowledgeable especially Alison & Ryan. My order was not standard as I live in Northern Ireland & they currently don't deliver outside of Mainland UK but Alison & Ryan went above & beyond to aid me with courier collection (Only small criticism would be the fact I could not collect directly from their warehouse which made things more complicated than they needed to be). My CADAC BBQ is exactly what I wanted & well worth the added complications.”
“The BBQ itself looks fabulous and you can tell it's real quality although I haven't cooked on it yet (weather!) But when you spend over £1,000 on a BBQ you don't expect the delivery man to leave it on the pavement outside your house on a pallet. I broke my back last year and am now having aches and pains again. I also have a "blue" pallet that the local tip will not take!”
“Arrived before the allotted time so I was not home but left it with neighbours. Not the easiest to assemble, but once it was done it is very sturdy and just what I was hoping for. BBQ cover arrived separately (in the allotted time slot) and fits snugly.”
