The BBQ itself looks fabulous and you can tell it's real quality although I haven't cooked on it yet (weather!) But when you spend over £1,000 on a BBQ you don't expect the delivery man to leave it on the pavement outside your house on a pallet. I broke my back last year and am now having aches and pains again. I also have a "blue" pallet that the local tip will not take!
