“We'd been looking for a BBQ for a while, found BBQWorld's Black Friday sale for the Traeger Ironwood and couldn't resist. I'd read and heard a lot of good things about Traegers. Ordered, after a short wait for them to be back in stock, delivery arrived the next day.
The team were knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions I had.
The order arrived very well packaged, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had to get help to move the BBQ from curbside up to my garage (I was fully aware and warned that the pallet truck would likely not be able to help due to a steep driveway) but for something so heavy, it might be nice to have an option, perhaps chargeable where the delivery team will deliver to your location of choice rather than curbside.
Other than that will definitely be ordering from BBQ World again.”
“Excellent delivery service. Broil King S590 arrived with three broken parts and a dented hood. Photos sent to BBQ World who were very helpful and Broil King replaced the damaged parts within a week. Hard work to build. Haven’t had chance to use it yet.”
“BBQ arrived on time,all parts were there. Easy to assemble, problem was all parts are black bit difficult to find all the holes. Didn’t realise it was designed to use a 13kg gas bottle which made the regulator tube on the small side, I have the smaller patio gas bottle. Managed to sort it out. BBQ works fine.good quality material, even though made in China,temperature gauge very useful.”
“This was an easy site to navigate. The price for my Weber Genesis II BBQ was very reasonable and competitive with the market. If I had wanted delivery the next day, this would be a five-star review. I did have to chase the company to find out why the courier company hadn't been in touch to arrange delivery. This is technically not their fault. They were quick to respond and the BBQ was delivered as promised. I found it easy to build and am looking forward to my first use of it.”
“Selected bbq and accessories. Would have been 5 stars but Had to go to manufacture’s website for more details. Price was competitive. Dispatched and was informed at al stages of delivery. Does arrive on a pallet and it was well protected. Very quick efficient service.”
“Very efficient with next day delivery. Product was slightly damaged on arrival and, following the instructions that accompanied our electronic invoice, the telephone help line was very nice and efficient. We had a replacement the next day and the courier had everything needed to take the flawed product back to the supplier. Great service, great product. Will use them again.”
“Great prices, best I could find anywhere. Struggled a bit with the couriers (Hermes) on both occasions as they failed to try to deliver the package and then left half of it at the depot which I had to drive and collect. Otherwise very satisfied!”
“Ordered a Cadac BBQ that had next day delivery, did not want it sent next day as I would be away so rang them as per notes on website. Courier still tried to deliver next day so package was in the van all day needlessly, thankfully other than a slightly bashed box the BBQ was intact.”
