“Arrived before the allotted time so I was not home but left it with neighbours. Not the easiest to assemble, but once it was done it is very sturdy and just what I was hoping for. BBQ cover arrived separately (in the allotted time slot) and fits snugly.”

“We had a bit of trouble connecting the gas canister to the bbq using the separately-purchased gas regulator because it is not explained well. After lots of online research, we finally understood that we had to remove a component on the Grillo Chef (which was difficult to remove) in order to be able to connect it properly to the gas canister. Once the bbq was all setup, the BBQ worked great. It is easy to mount and dismount and easy to store and carry.”

“Good price and responsive service - I asked for an accessory to be removed from the order and they did that straight away, over the weekend. Delivery by Palletwise was poor though - they failed to show up on the day and then gave me hardly any notice the next day. No apology, no way to contact customer service to reschedule...”

“I bought a Char Broil BBQ from BBQ World. The item was not in stock but was anticipated to arrive in early April. The company made me aware of this prior to purchase. The item still hadn't arrived by the due date. The company kept in contact with me and advised that the item would be slightly late. Communication was good and I didn't have to chase them. Once they had received the item it was delivered to me very quickly and efficiently. The price was very competitive, almost one hundred pounds cheaper than the nearest competitor. Service, delivery and customer contact were impeccable. The only negative related to some minor damage to the bbq. This has not affected its performance. Would buy again from this company.”

“Very good quality product, would of been 5 stars but delivery company was a day late and only gave three hours notice that they were coming on the day of the delivery via email, it was lucky I was there at the time as I don't check my emails hourly. Requires setting up (2hrs) but clear instructions. BBq is great though, my brother has this product, the ease of gas start up but with the Smokey flavour from the coals/wood.”
