“Ordering was super easy and delivery was excellent overall. I did have a minor issue with communication during delivery - the courier apparently tried to contact me but didn't leave a message, which meant I had no idea they'd attempted to arrange my delivery delivery. However, when I reached out to your customer service team to arrange the actual delivery, they were fantastic and sorted everything out quickly.
Just a suggestion: it might be worth giving feedback to your courier company that calling without leaving a message isn't really effective communication - if there's no message, it's as if the call never happened!
Despite this small hiccup, I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would definitely order from here again.”

“Orderered two separate items on two orders (a Weber bbq and then a bbq cover). Placing an order, the communication and delivery were all very good. The driver delivering the bbq dropped the pallet exactly where requested.
The only reason for not giving a very good review is that I got to the website via Topcashback but neither purchase resulted in a cashback credit. I have appealed both so we wait to see what BBQ World have to say.”
“I got some really good deals in the sale and it arrived next day free.
Although I got a great price I clicked on the product through a Google search, after I ordered I discovered that I could have got a further 10% off with a code on the home page. If there is a code displayed on the website I think it should be automatically discounted at checkout. I know this is on me for not checking the home page but I don't understand why it's not automatically applied. I would have cancelled/returned and reordered to get the extra disct but it would have been a lot of hassle for everyone.
But having said that the dispatch and delivery was super fast, I didn't expect it to arrive so fast. I also saved a lot off the RRP.
I've been to the Dawson's department store in Clitheroe and spent a a good hour or so in there, it's a great independent department store with helpful friendly staff, its definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.”
“BBQ world did everything well, they dispatched my BBQ on the same day, and it was delivered in good condition. I also had to contact BBQ world about my product and the customer service I received was very good, helpful and they managed to solve my problem.
The only reason I didn't give a 5* review was the pallet delivery company used (The Pallet Network), has some truly terrible online reviews. From my perspective these reviews aren't 100% warranted, but the key problem with, 'The Pallet Network' is it will send estimated delivery information which just isn't accurate, so you could end up waiting in all day for a delivery which could turn up the following day (which was my experience).”
