Bestellt Ende Februar mit zugesagtem Liefertermin Mitte März. Am 26.03. Mitteilung, dass Versand erfolgt ist und Lieferung am nächsten Tag erfolgt. Grill ist bis zum 31.03. nicht eingetroffen. Keine weitere Kommunikation zu Gründen oder zu erwartetem Liefertermin. Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit sehen anders aus..
Update 02.04.: nach einigen Telefonaten doch noch hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter ans Telefon bekommen, die sich gekümmert habrn. Grill ist inzwischen angekommen und aufgebaut. Super Produkt zu fairem Preis”
“Online ordering and delivery efficient. Website suggested possible to telephone to place order, but on doing so person answering not hugely helpful and said only possible to order online. Did not feel valued as a customer, more like nuisance for wanting to speak with a human being.”
