“Customer service from BBQ World was very good, prompt delivery of Broil King Monarch followed and after about 3 hours the BBQ was assembled. The BBQ is generally well-made and robust and all functions work well. However, the aluminium trim and the flame diffusers also in polished aluminium have ultra sharp edges. While these pieces are not handled frequently, it is far too easy to slice your fingers on the cut edges. These really need to be rounded off by emery paper to make them safe. Clearly a manufacturer's failing that should be fixed.”

“I took deliver a few days ago and have only just unapt and checked the inventory in terms of large prices to assemble, not a nut and bolt check just yet.
All I can say is that I was impressed by the Weber packing inside the substantial box, which of course was weighty at around 75 KGs, plus the box had been plastic wrapped onto a wooden pallet for transport. not easy to move around!
I am going to start assembly later today and will comment again once that has commenced.
I have downloaded bill app in readiness so lets hope that is worthwhile.”

My element went down on one of my smokers which needed replacing urgently and BBQ World was recommended my a couple of associates within the trade.
Purchased my part and the price was reasonable.
With following up my order was a bit of a struggle for an update etc, but Im going to put that down to the current pandemic.
My part finally turned up, well packaged with plenty of protection and works a treat.
I'll be using BBQ World again and would recommend 👍”

“after lengthy research & search, I settled on the Q2000 model, as the Q2200 was not available in a number of stores. Easy to order, as I did the night before latest lockdown! I received email updates on my order, which arrived on date, 2hrs earlier. still unboxed for now, so cannot give a review. going to need accessories for my Weber, so will be back to the site, soon.”
