We had a bit of trouble connecting the gas canister to the bbq using the separately-purchased gas regulator because it is not explained well. After lots of online research, we finally understood that we had to remove a component on the Grillo Chef (which was difficult to remove) in order to be able to connect it properly to the gas canister. Once the bbq was all setup, the BBQ worked great. It is easy to mount and dismount and easy to store and carry.
