“Excellent customer service from Dawsons Dept Store. Delivery was efficient and on time. Communication and updates were good. One side burner on the bbq was not firing properly but Dawsons were very quick to respond and sorted out the issue very quickly particularly as it was over the Christmas period.”

“I must admit when I checked some of the reviews on Trustpilot I was spectical to buy from BBQ World. But I am pleased to say having placed an order Wednesday at 7.00pm I received it Friday morning. I have every confidence in recommending them , their service and best price on the net to was second to none. If you are looking to buy from them I am confident you will not go wrong. “Well, I haven't used it as yet but the weight and quality is there. Buy once, cry once and enjoy. Seller was a breeze to purchase from and delivery was good . And box was undamaged 😵‍💫...so well done to the delivery guys. Looking forward to also trying the pizza oven accessory and rotisserie when the weather improves lol. Thanks 👍”
