“Very happy with my Weber Genesis EPX-335 and bunch of Weber accessories. The order was processes really quickly and the communications and delivery were seamless. It did arrive on a pallet on my driveway which I then needed to unpack and move into the garden (and then assemble). But hard to find any company that will do the Weber assembly these days. Did another accessory order last night and have already received a notification from the courier company. Super quick, excellent experience on their website. (And they pick up the phone when you call….unlike Weber which are only contactable by email). Highly recommended!”
“The ketteke BbQ is excellent at cooking however, my husband assembled it ( correctly) , I moved it off the grass onto the patio and the wheel fell off.The pin that holds the wheel is far too thin … and bends . I am very disappointed. I”

“Everdure Force users beware. I have had 5 years happy light use from my grill. This year I added a flat grill plate from Everdure and when performing my usual warm up and clean routine it caught fire. The left hand side cradle support has burned away and dripped onto and burned through the undertray. It could of turned very nasty.
I have tried to contact BBQ World without success and Witt Customer services (the owners of Everdure) are aware and confirmed that they have seen the problem before but reluctant to help. It's very disappointing as I have enjoyed the grill.”

“I bought a Weber Spirit EP-325 gas barbecue online from BBQ World and 2 separate orders for a Weber cover and related Weber tools and cleaning items. My experience was mostly very good - prompt dispatch and suitable packaging. My only concern is that 3 of website descriptions of items purchased had errors - most significant was website description that both side tables on the EP-325 barbecue can be folded down, but in fact only the LH table folds down. Only discovered that after assembling the barbecue after receipt. The non-folding table means more storage space needed for the barbecue, which is inconvenient but decided to live with it - otherwise it is an excellent barbecue for our needs. BBQ World apologised, but merely said they were using Weber’s description - feel BBQ World could have been more proactive to ensure I was satisfied.”
