“Jury is still out I’m afraid. Our BBQ arrived about a week after ordering. Unfortunately quite a lot of the frame had been damaged in transit and one of the cast iron grill grates was cracked. Customer service advised me to keep the bbq and use it until replacement parts could be sent sent. I would have hoped they would have just opened another bbq checked it was in good condition and exchanged it. Still waiting to hear back as to when the parts will be sent out. Not brilliant for a £850 BBQ”
“Emails didnt state what the staff told me on the phone, so caused confusion and late delivery. Staff were unhelpful, rude and felt like I was putting them out by asking for their help, caused me major stress and upset, and money as I was hiring a van to transport it to my second home.”

“I purchased a Pit Boss Plancha 5, which arrived well-packaged on the date I selected.
Assembly was straightforward, with all parts included and in perfect condition. The only minor issue was a small scratch on the cooking plate.
I contacted customer service late on Saturday and received a response the very next day—excellent service from Louise. A replacement cooking plate has already been arranged directly from the supplier, and I’ve been told I can keep or dispose of the original one.
Overall, I’m very impressed with both the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely shop there again.”
