“Order was as promised with me the day after ordering. Easy to assemble apart from counterclockwise connection from gas to bbq. Nicely made good quality bbq and first use produced some nice food. Packaging of bbq ensured it arrived in sound condition and delivery was as in the hour as advised by driver.”
“Delivery was booked for Thursday 7th May, kerbside pallet drop. My two sons aged 18 and 24 waited in all day. No delivery. I called BBQ after 5pm but the lines closed at 5pm. 8am the following morning i heard a lorry outside the house. It was the delivery. I had no one to help me in with the delivery, the driver did reluctantly put the pallet into my garage so at least the delivery was safe. Later that day attempted to assemble the bbq, unpackaging it and one of the side panels was badly damaged. Reported to bbq world. No apology but said they would deal with Weber and i would hear back. Did not hear anything by 3 days later. Another call to bbq world, gentleman dealt my query and contacted Weber. Weber promptly dispatched me a side panel.”

“The bbq arrived damaged, completely smashed. It took longer to arrive than it states in the website and I had to chase them up in regards a replacement. To there credit it arrived in the Friday and I was happily cooking on the Saturday. In regards to the collection of the old bbq, twice now the company who are collecting it have called stating they are coming o collect it that day. But I’ve had no prior notice as I’ve had to move the bbq out of the way as I eas told it would be collected at the same time the other one was being dropped off. I’m now waiting for some one to contact me about the return of the damaged bbq.
On a separate note I am very please with the bbq I’ve brought it works well. Overall it’s been okay, but could be better. Maybe a free rotisserie attachment for my bbq the Enders manroe may go some way to making up for inconvenience.”
“The best price out there, had a problem with damage,it looked like it was a manufacturing fault, so sent an email and within a week the part was replaced from cadac directly.

“Really disappointed in the service I have received so far. Ordered a Ninja Flexflame last week, paid the extra £50 for Saturday delivery. BBQ arrived Saturday however when opening I noted it was badly damaged. Called BBQ World straight away to report it and was requested to email pictures which I sent over straight away. Contacted them Monday and was told they will get to my email when they get to it. Called them Tuesday and was told the exact same thing, they will get to it when they get to it. Still no idea when they plan to send me a replacement and collect the damaged unit. I understand things like this happen but surely you prioritise customers that you have delivered damaged goods to. There is no sense of urgency on their part.”
