“The Weber arrived next day along with the cover. No problems with the delivery. I found the BBQ really easy to assemble. To date I used it 3 times and it cooks great. Overall very pleased.”

“Very competitive price. Spoke with the company on the phone to make the initial enquiry and the call was answered promptly and knowledgeably. One minor quibble - NOT the fault of BBQ World.... I paid £1.50 for the option to have the pallet company they use contact me to agree a delivery date. That worked fine, but the company could only give me a very general 'Between 9-5'. They advised that on the day, someone would ring me with an hour's notice of the delivery vehicle's ETA. Needless to say they didn't, though fortuneatly someone happened to be at home. As I said - not the fault of BBQ World, but they could tighten this up with their courier company.”

“Exactly as I would expect from Kamado - high quality and well packaged (shame the controller doesn’t include the pit probe!) Good price and very quick delivery from BBQ World, who always provide excellent service”
