“Excellent service received throughout. Good price for BBQ. Had an issue once received where the base was damaged in transit. Customer service was brilliant, contacted manufacturer directly to arrange a replacement with no quibble/challenge. Would happily order again and recommend to others.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Way to place order, arrived within a few days - was slightly marked, and had a missing piece, but one phone call later and the replacement piece was on its way to me, so a pleasure to deal with. Regarding the slight scratches and a couple of small dints, I haven’t bothered saying anything, because after all, is a barbecue!!”

“Service has been very good, very prompt dispatch and delivery and very helpful customer care. I would have given five stars but I ordered the wrong BBQ and called customer service who offered to recall the BBQ at a cost of £7.50p for it to be . I have had no confirmation of the recall, and have emailed to ask status of refund which I have yet to receive. I ordered another BBQ immediately which arrived two days later, and I am very happy with it.”

“Excellent quality product that is easy to assemble and given its stainless will be very durable. Delivery was fast and on a pallet which was easy to break down. I had more difficulty getting rid of the packaging than anything else - which tells you how easy the whole experience was. NR”

“I wanted a kettle bbq and phoned up two or three times for advice. I finally bought a Napoleon Pro 47cm kettle bbq. Everyone I spoke to was more than helpful. Delivery was excellent and the bbq was well packed and is of very good quality. It was easy to put together. I am really impressed with the service and can highly recommend. Thank you to all who gave me brilliant advice. I am really looking forward to giving this bbq lots of use. I ordered this late of Thursday and it arrived by mid-day on the Monday in spite of being in the Scottish Highlands so I was well pleased.”
