“Very pleased with the order. Delivered next day with no fuss and all exactly as advertised. All perfectly good. Packaging was amazing. Wish all companies were as efficient as this. Not had a chance to set up the bbq as yet but it looks great and full instructions in the box.”

“Good price and prompt delivery. The only caution I would add is that the Weber Genesis range requires quite a lot of assembly - quite good instructions but takes a couple of hours at least and a two person job at a few points. Looks great when assembled though.”

“Fast efficient delivery, option for interest free credit which was easy to apply for and a wide range of products on their website. Very happy with the Napoleon Rogue 425 Pro bbq and accessories that I purchased. Couriers contacted me beforehand and confirmed the date and then I got a text on the morning to give me a one hour window for when it would arrive, and it was delivered then. Very friendly and professional delivery by the Pallet Network (as the BBQ came on a pallet)”

“we received great service from BBQ World/Dawsons. The BBQ, when it came, was great. Easy enough to assemble and very sturdy. Works well and cooks very nicely. The complication - which we thought was a delay in delivery - turned out to be our fault as we had missed calls from teh delievry company. Once this was discovered, BBQ world acted quickly to rectify and we got delivery that same day. thanks for your help!”

“Ordered the Weber E325S and matching cover. Great price (uncluding a price match on the cover). Delivery was smooth and very quick (ordered Monday and received Wednesday) - delivered by pallet network - driver friendlay and helpful. I knew this was a pallet delivery and could only be delivered kerbside -it was delivered onto my drive on what I would describe as a small pallet - small enough to fit in the back of my car (hatchback) to take to the tip - my fear was that the pallet would be huge but was not. Overall a pleasant experience and received a top quality bbq (cheaper than John Lewis wanted for the model below this). Recommended.”

“Deliberated over the model I wanted for a while and when I came to order BBQ world were brilliant about arranging the day of delivery to suit me by instructing their couriers to delay delivery. Good communication and excellent customer service throughout the buying process. My BBQ arrived well packaged and is currently doing exactly what I wanted it to do”

“I havent used it yet but it looks very good. The construction was a bit time consuming but fairly easy apart from building the base which from the diagrams was easy to construct the wrong way round (which I did) as the picture does not clearly show which is the front and back. So I had to dismantle that bit and start again. But other than that pretty straightforward”

“The BBQ is amazing. We Love it, I was a little surprised it didn’t come with a cover for the price I spent, or even some bbq tools. But I’m more than happy with the bbq itself. It’s definitely a game changer for cooking outdoors now.”
