“The design feature was easy to use, and my badge looked exactly as displayed. I am very happy with the result, especially the magnetic clip; I was worried it might not be strong enough, but it's easy to take apart yet stable once clipped.”

“I have had terrible service recently , they do not answer calls , I cant get any update for my orders placed in march on emails , not sure what more I can do to know what has happened to my order. not good at all”

“I was very disappointed with the delivery time for the badges. It took over a month to get the badges from a web site promise of 3-5 days. I rang every week and kept getting various 'reasons' why they were not ready. It would have been helpful if the delivery expectation had been set properly in our initial conversations about the design or an honest answer given to my enquiries. The badges are great, but I wouldn't use Badgemaster again.”

“It is unacceptable that you do not accept orders to the Channel Islands without removing the VAT. Guernsey is exempt from tax so please get this sorted on your system. Also because you cannot do this it is also unacceptable that you do not offer a refund for VAT charged whilst getting this operational. Most companies now have got this sorted on their website/purchase system.”

The delay in delivery may have been due to the bank holiday period. A first-class delivery should have been set up with your order; this unfortunately does not include the time taken to manufacture the products but the time taken to receive the products on completion of manufacturing. “The order has taken far too long it was originally placed in July and it's still not complete. I've ordered several other lanyards and that's been a few weeks now. Never have we had this issue before and we have been using Badgemaster since we opened.”

“The badge arrived promptly. The design was accurate and exactly as requested. We were requested to supply proof of NHS Status only after ordering, which was an unwelcome delay. We believe this should have been achieved prior to ordering. We accept that proof is necessary however, as mentioned, we had expected this process have been necessary prior to accepting our order and money. This would negate the need for refunds to be made necessary in cases where NHS status could not be obtained. However the badge appears perfectly fine.”
