“Very happy with our badges. The team gave me fantastic support whilst designing our badges and nothing was too much trouble. We recieved a follow-up email to ensure we were happy with our product. One badge was slightly faulty, this was re-produced immediately with no problems and no need to mess about sending the faulty badge back. Fantastic value for money, the badges look fabulous and compliment our uniforms perfectly, I will definitely continue to use Badgemaster for any future purchases and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else. “Really disappointed in my experience with badgemaster. My chorus has used them for a good few years and normally we order only a few at a time. After a pause of a few years I made a large order of 47 badges which was a large financial outlay upfront. I am still waiting for the badges after 5 weeks and have had to do 4 emails and 3 phone calls to chase the order. The customer service department just send out generic response of receipt emails with no personalised replies, and no further information of what the issues are or when to expect the order. The help line people are very nice to deal with, but I didn't expect to have to keep calling to find out further information about the delay when I had been advised they were about to be despatched on a previous call I had made 10 days earlier. I must admit I wouldn't expect this length of time for a business to supply a pre registered design for 47 badges, bank holidays included or not. Perhaps I'm used to fast turnarounds and despatch from my experience of online ordering?”

“I wanted a small number of individually designed name badges for a set of cosplay uniforms. I was able to buy high quality domed badges to my own design from Badgemaster. I really liked being able to choose from a range of background colours and select text that match the icons I imported. The badges are of a high quality and I would use their service again.”

“I must 'highly commend'; both the products manufactured and the excellent customer service they have provided I had several telephone calls, before the manufacture and postage of my item, because the options I selected did not meet their expected quality standards for the final product. I would use this badge supplier again, and would not hesitate to recommend them as a ‘preferred company’ to work colleagues, family or friends”

“We had an account with Badgemaster but the account holder left. Contacting customer support to get the password re-set ended up going around in circles, so I had to set up a new account from scratch. Then the website designer isn't the easiest tool to use, and I made a mistake - two slightly different badge designs but accidentally I'd chosen two different text colours. A big thank you to Lily for phoning to point this out - but you can't simply change the colour by speaking to someone - the order had to be cancelled and I had to cretae them both from scratch - again. That said, when you do eventually get the badges they are excellent.”
