“Ordered 2 badges with 2 different names on them several weeks ago. Within a week 2 badges came with the same name on them. Phoned customer services same day to which was told it would be looked into and resolved. That was 4 weeks ago now and still not had any correspondence. Will never use again!!!!”

“I was happy with my first order. I wanted to order one additional badge but couldn't find the exact design and was unable to to sign in to my account to find out. When I called for assistance nobody could help me and was told to order online. I have received my badge but it is different from the others. for something simple to reorder turned out to be quite complicated and unsatisfactory.”
