Part of my order was missing and I had to follow that up with them, when the remaining badges were delivered they were issued with the wrong size of name inserts. The badge quality itself is lower quality than I was expecting too. Wish I'd gone with another quote I had received now.

Two badges were ordered for an event but only one was received. Unfortunately I had to chase the 2nd badge but it arrived after the event.

The communication regards the status of our order was not good enough and resulted in me misleading my client about the expectation of delivery. There was a degree of urgency for my order so I enquired 4 days after placing the order for a status update. We were stated 5-8 days lead time after placing the order (not before, which would have been useful), so in asking for an update we were hoping for the best. We were told that the order was in packing and should be with us soon, which was well received and gave us confidence (therefore we informed our client that they would arrive soon). 4 days later, after no sign of delivery, I asked for another update to be told they were in fact still in production and 'packing' in fact meant quality control prior to dispatch. The product then arrived 3 days later. I appreciate that they have lead times and quality control is of course good, however, there was a lack of communication throughout and the ambiguous language was not accurate or useful, I felt misinformed. We even received a dispatch notification after they were delivered. The finished badges are good quality but the communication and service let them down.

The badges looked great and were of good quality however instead of name badges for 3 different people we received 3 identical ones. By the time we received the second attempt at our order, the event we purchased them had finished.

I have used Badgemaster for years and never had an issue until recently. A mistake was made by Badgemaster (as I checked my submission) as one of the badges was incorrect. I sent an e-mail to customer services, 20/07/2023 with a picture of the badge and the excel spreadsheet that was submitted in the original order, but I am still awaiting a response, refund or reprint

Gave 5-7 days in the initial order email, I later phoned to be told by a RUDE lady chewing gum who was not very bothered and not professional that its 10-15 working days! I said I ordered for an event & she then went on to say she would chase up. Suddenly it arrives the next day on 24hour Royal Mail Parcel so it clearly had been done just not shipped. Won't be using it again or recommending Badgemaster.

Ordered magnet back badges and waited quite a few weeks for this to happen to then receive pin badges that are useless for our line of business.

Expensive, slow to make and deliver and dented on arrival.

You sent a duplicate of the same badge and didn’t send our other staff members at all. Design option on website be the hard to use also

Unfortunately, although the products look excellent, they arrived the day after we needed them for our event - despite telephone customer services promising they would be with us 2 working days beforehand, giving us ample time for delivery delay. But they weren't even dispatched until the afternoon before our event. I had the option to order from elsewhere and had first phoned Badgemaster to see if it could be processed in time and only placed the order with them because of the confidence of the nice lady on the phone - I wish I had used the alternative supplier in this case. The products themselves look excellent - we look forward to using them next year instead.

The delivery was prompt, but the badges are difficult to assemble and to take apart again for re-use

Placed order, no confirmation email received or invoice, had to chase. Item was then delayed due to quality control issue. Not notified of this, I had to email to chase missing items long after the delivery date passed. Waited for new batch, still not prioritised. No communication whatsoever unless chased.

The badge was not delivered to us until well after the time specified on the website, which meant that we had to create a reduced quality badge for the function that we were attending.

Rather disappointed with my experience. After reading the delivery time for products was 2 to 5 working days I placed my order for only 4 badges 4 weeks before I needed them for an event. I called 2 weeks before I needed them as they had not arrived to ask when I would get them and was told they were in dispatch for sending but I did not believe the person as they sounded flustered, when they did not arrive a few days later I called again and they said they were in dispatch again for sending. The third time I called I was told that the badges had failed quality and had to be remade. I explained to the customer service advisor that I needed them to be with me in two days as I was leaving the country for an event I ordered the badge for and was told it was my fault if they did not arrive as I had not paid the correct shipping. I placed my order on the 12th April and was flying on the 4th May 15 working days after order. My badges did not arrive in time. I have emailed customer service but are yet to respond!

I ordered my badges and the confirmation email did not have the correct details. I immediately emailed Badgemaster who were really good and said that they would ensure that the correct badges would be supplied. When the badges turned up - which was very soon after - the quality was great but Badgemaster had sent the incorrect badges. I contacted Badgemaster who were really good and acknowledged the error. I offered to pay for the remake but, to their credit, they said this was not necessary and they would replace the badges. This was the last I heard. The last email I had from BM was on April 28th and since then nothing. I have tried to contact them but nothing. My event is early next week so it looks like it will be badgeless which is a shame. Initially BM were brilliant but, alas, I don't think that I will be getting my badges afterall!

It is unacceptable that you do not accept orders to the Channel Islands without removing the VAT. Guernsey is exempt from tax so please get this sorted on your system. Also because you cannot do this it is also unacceptable that you do not offer a refund for VAT charged whilst getting this operational. Most companies now have got this sorted on their website/purchase system.

The order has taken far too long it was originally placed in July and it's still not complete. I've ordered several other lanyards and that's been a few weeks now. Never have we had this issue before and we have been using Badgemaster since we opened.

I was happy with my first order. I wanted to order one additional badge but couldn't find the exact design and was unable to to sign in to my account to find out. When I called for assistance nobody could help me and was told to order online. I have received my badge but it is different from the others. for something simple to reorder turned out to be quite complicated and unsatisfactory.
