Wrong badge sent - contacted customer service-to be told we will look into it and if it their fault they will Replace- it plainly was their fault

The badge looks good, but crucial information was missed off on Badgemaster's first attempt, and it took unduly long to get another one.

The staff are helpful over the phone but the website is very poor and not user friendly. In this day and age I believe a good website is essential.

The badges were acceptable, but after adding various options, were 'expensive', and I cannot see how a delivery charge of £17.95 is justified after having spent £500 on the product, I often use the same delivery company and for a similar sized parcel, pay in the region of £7, but having said that most companies I have dealt with do not charge for orders of such a value

Whilst the product is good. The website for the badges is not particularly logical when trying to place repeat orders with additional names. Even the customer services line needed help from colleagues to sort. Unfortunately even so an error on the menus meant a costly mistake (my cost) with a delivery having to be binned and re-made. So it cost me twice as much as it should have.

The quality of product is wonderful but the website is full of glitches, no option to amend any products in the basket which means you have to clear cache to be able to remove items from the basket. Payment often doesn't go through on first attempt which means I've had to call to check if payments have been successful. Website needs a proper check and rethink!

Too complex ordering system online and cannot order over the phone.

Some of the font was cut off when the process of making it. However this wasn’t the case when I designed it. Was quiet expensive to have some of the writing cut off.

Hi, thank you for leaving us a review. We’re usually known for our quality of service and therefore are sorry that we didn’t live up to those expectations here.
Whilst the products received were excellent, the customer service is absolutely shocking. The people on the phone are abrupt and rude. The manufacturing time is also misleading. On the website it states 3- 5 days but when you have placed your order and paid for the products you are told that the wait time is longer - potentially up to 10 days - this is a quite the difference! When I pointed this out to the person on the phone, I was then told that they cannot change this on their website - nonsense!! And not even an apology! It's misleading and dishonest. A shame as otherwise I would be recommending the company for their products - but definitely not for their customer service!

Badges are good quality, but communication throughout the order process isn't great. When you place the order you have no idea when they'll arrive, and the last two times I've had to chase up my orders because they've gone past their usual production time. It's not the smoothest of order processes - I got an email telling me my order had been despatched 3 days after it arrived with me. If you need them for a set time then I wouldn't suggest ordering as they're not reliable enough, but if you're not needing them for a specific date then they are good quality when they do arrive.

Great quality, but it took 3 weeks for them to arrive after paying 1st class postage. I chased three times and no one got back to me despite promises.

The delay in delivery may have been due to the bank holiday period. A first-class delivery should have been set up with your order; this unfortunately does not include the time taken to manufacture the products but the time taken to receive the products on completion of manufacturing.
