At our advanced factory based in Newstead we manufacture and supply bespoke name badges for around 30,000 customers in the UK. Everyday almost a million people go to work wearing a Badgemaster name badge. “I ordered some badges for an event - which did not turn up within the time scales indicated. i did chase the order via telephone and email querying whether they would arrive in time to which i was assured they would. I then did ask them if i could change my order to a next day delivery service to guarantee the arrival of the badges to which i was told NO! even though they had not been dispatched. I still have not received the order and no one can tell me anything except they have been dispatched. Extremely poor service and disappointing - we will not be suing them again! BE careful before you order anything.”

“Badges were supplied with incorrect fastenings (not as ordered). When I raised tihs, I was told to "snap off the fittings at the back and we'll supply magnets". Or send them back and we'll supply new ones. The "customer service" person seemed totally disinterested and sounded like she was having a bad day. Unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked if the p&p will be reimbursed due to it not being my fault, I was told "no one was in the office to authorise this" (and even if there was, I got the impression she'd not have bothered asking). I emailed to complain about the proposed remedy and poor attention and attitude of the staff member and was told that at the preparation stage there were new staff in the team who were being trained up, there was an apology of sorts and that they would send out the badges as ordered. Nothing for my trouble though, inconvenience and additional wait, however. I asked when they would arrive, and 3 weeks later still await a reply to this email (although the badges arrived 2 weeks ago). Would not use again and would not recommend. Avoid.”

“Part of my order was missing and I had to follow that up with them, when the remaining badges were delivered they were issued with the wrong size of name inserts. The badge quality itself is lower quality than I was expecting too. Wish I'd gone with another quote I had received now.”

“Very poor order management. I placed an order having confirmed that it would be shipped on a certain day, only to find out it wasn't, then the order was spoilt, then delayed again. I wouldn't trust this company for time critical orders.”

“This badge has worked well for me. As mentioned in the description, with a magnetic holder, you do need to be careful where it is placed. Also, as mentioned in the description, the domed finish could scratch. These two factors are fine for me as i don't use it regularly. If it was worn daily i would suggest not getting the dome finish.”
