At our advanced factory based in Newstead we manufacture and supply bespoke name badges for around 30,000 customers in the UK. Everyday almost a million people go to work wearing a Badgemaster name badge. “I still havent recived the badges.”

Hi Robert, after reviewing the status of your order, it appears the parcel was delivered on the 10th of December and was signed for by a Ms Parker. There unfortunately was a delay in delivery, due to Fedex making multiple attempt's to deliver your parcel and being unsuccessful. The parcel was then sent back to us, before we sent it back out again in another attempt to get it to you. “Service has been severly lacking and the website used as an excuse for not offering good customer service. A badge I ordered as a sample, I wanted to reorder but this was out of the question and the price quoted has changed and no quantity dicount given. Apalled”

“The design is as I uploaded to the website but not exactly centred on the badge. The badge is more bendy than I expected when the magnet is being detached and I have to be very careful for fear of it snapping. It serves its purpose but quite expensive for its quality in my opinion.”
