We ordered a number of badges for our company through you, the customer service was terrible, many arrived extremely late with no explaination, no apology and no heads up. Won't be using you again.

I ordered some badges for an event - which did not turn up within the time scales indicated. i did chase the order via telephone and email querying whether they would arrive in time to which i was assured they would. I then did ask them if i could change my order to a next day delivery service to guarantee the arrival of the badges to which i was told NO! even though they had not been dispatched. I still have not received the order and no one can tell me anything except they have been dispatched. Extremely poor service and disappointing - we will not be suing them again! BE careful before you order anything.

Badges were supplied with incorrect fastenings (not as ordered). When I raised tihs, I was told to "snap off the fittings at the back and we'll supply magnets". Or send them back and we'll supply new ones. The "customer service" person seemed totally disinterested and sounded like she was having a bad day. Unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked if the p&p will be reimbursed due to it not being my fault, I was told "no one was in the office to authorise this" (and even if there was, I got the impression she'd not have bothered asking). I emailed to complain about the proposed remedy and poor attention and attitude of the staff member and was told that at the preparation stage there were new staff in the team who were being trained up, there was an apology of sorts and that they would send out the badges as ordered. Nothing for my trouble though, inconvenience and additional wait, however. I asked when they would arrive, and 3 weeks later still await a reply to this email (although the badges arrived 2 weeks ago). Would not use again and would not recommend. Avoid.

Very poor order management. I placed an order having confirmed that it would be shipped on a certain day, only to find out it wasn't, then the order was spoilt, then delayed again. I wouldn't trust this company for time critical orders.

Nice badge, but took much longer to arrive than was promised and communication was non-existent when I asked where the badge was. They only replied when I told them I wanted to cancel!

I can confirm that, following your email correspondence with the customer service team, the missing badges are currently being remade and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
The print quality was awful and the picture/text wasn't even centered on the badge. Expected a lot better for the price.

The products are nice but the customer service is dreadful. Made mistake after mistake with my orders, from using the wrong font more than once to missing important deadlines and no real care whether as a customer I was happy or not. So pleased I have found another option.

Completely overpriced, took around two weeks to arrive which was too late for the event. I required the badges for. I did email to ask as to the whereabouts and received no reply. Would not use you guys again.

The lettering on my badge was not central and when I asked for this to be corrected they refused and said I was responsible.

We're so sorry to hear about your experience whilst shopping at Badgemaster. Unfortunately, the tools on our badge designer can seem a little awkward to use, however, there is a 'centralise' image/text button on the website badge designer and our team should have assisted you in using this. The badge images ordered go straight through to our production department exactly as you designed the badge. We are sorry that our team did not handle your case with the efficiency you expected.
I ordered from Badgemaster for the first time. The product arrived yesterday and I found the quality of the badge very good, however the artwork was misaligned and spoils the quality of the badge. I contacted their customer service and was told " I have looked at your order and we have printed it exactly how it you’ve designed it as we print straight from the PDF so unfortunately if it is not central that is not a fault of our own." I emailed back and explained that the design software on their site does not have any tools to ensure logos and names are central, the software allows to only to see a 2D format so once again you can not account for any curvatures etc. So I feel having the liability of accuracy of the logo from a 2D not aligning software is a bit extreme. When the design is take from the upload and put on the badge, the printing should be in line with the shape of the badge. The reply was that they take no responsibility and you have not paid for several wonky printed badges. Please beware that if you design your badge they will not care if it prints well or not and will not take into consideration of their poor design software. Poor customer service for just a small amount of money to replace badges with aligned logo.

Ordered with them 5 or 6 times and every time, something goes wrong. Designs don't match what was requested, delays, package is lost in transport, ... Customer support has been helpful and able to fix in some cases, but I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Turnaround on the website is a lie. I have ordered badges for the air show for senior management team based on the lead time on the website. I called to make sure we will receive those before an event and I have said very clear that we will cancel if not possible. Lady on the phone assured me I can cancel the order because badges are not printed yet and told me to to send an e-mail to confirm cancellation. No reply despite the fact I sent several e-mails. Badges delivered against my will. Quality is way far from perfect . Bubbles trapped underneath the cover. I do not recommend.

Lead times on the website / confirmation email are very misleading. When I then called to chase the order I received no apology. Will not be using again.

I complained about the printing quality as I got offered another printing I also asked to change the spelling from carer to care, but I got a second delivery with all the badges the same as the first order. I paid for the badges that in the end, no one will be able to use.
