“I have been a on/off customer for a number of years now and haven't made many large purchases. This doesn't seem to matter, I get a warm welcome. So it could be a couple of cables, new speakers or a 2nd hand turntable, you will get the same level of attention and service. Can't really say more than that......”

“I like the way in which the whole team go about their business. They are incredibly professional and normally that would mean a bit boring and inflexible whereas nothing could be further from the truth. They clearly love music and want people to have that same love. This means that while they take you the customer seriously and endeavour to give you the best products and service they can it is always a friendly and enjoyable experience. I was a real audio enthusiast in the 70 and 80s but lost the time and interest while bringing up our family. The guys at Audio Emotion have given me back my enthusiasm and enjoyment for music and I cannot rate them highly enough.”

“I placed my first order with Audio Emotion, the item ordered was out of stock at the time, but I was promptly contacted with a due date. Once the item came in to stock I was contacted by Marion, who informed me of the day, and the courier delivering. It was a pleasure ordering from Audio Emotion and I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would definitely purchase again!! Thanks”

“Hi I am foreigner I get touch with audioemotion through internet just by accident because I was looking for a product who is unfortunately no more imported in France a quad classic2 I must confess that I was a bit scary to buy such a product without any knowledge of the shop the owner etc Marion Gary are just wonderful and straight people always helpful .... So I advice erveryone to buy from them REALY Alain Faure”

“I have bought several used items from Audio Emotion ranging from a valve amplifier to speaker cable, my latest purchase was a Quad Cd player, I find them very efficient, polite and courteous when talking to them on the phone. I have been more than happy with everything that I have purchased from them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for items to upgrade a audio system. They get a 5* plus from me, what more can I say.”

“I live in the Netherlands and first did an email-inquiry about the product and shipping. Gary C. gave me a quick and sattisfied answer, so I ordered a pair of QUAD S4 speakers. paid by credit-card and delivered by DPD in 6 days. Today I'm listening music by the brand new QUAD S4 speakers. I'm very sattisfied. Audio Emotion crew thanks!!”

“I was searching for Creek Evolution 100CD and accidentally found Audio Emotion. They gave me very competitve price and arranged secured shipping to Slovenia. The communication and servis were at a high level, the package came in few days and well packed. “I am from Holland and bought a preowned Quad Elite QSP amp via the website of Audio Emotion. They did not promise too much. The amp arrived within the announced period and was well packed. More important: it looks like brand new and sounds great! Little but in my opinion important detail: when I wrote Audio Emotion a mail, they replied within 15 minutes. Great guys!!”

“I’ve bought 3 fairly expensive items from Gary and Marion over the past 4 years and have always been completely satisfied. A faulty psu, failed after a year, was immediately replaced without charge. Always worth asking about trade in possibilities, that’s how I funded my beautiful Vega G1. Deal with complete confidence.”
