“Bought an Auralic Aries Mini. Response to stock check was very quick. Item was ordered on Thursday and delivered early the next day. Audio Emotion kept me informed fully during the ordering/delivery process. Customer service was faultless. Auralic Mini also is a very clever and brilliantly sounding item of kit.”

“Item received securely packaged, only disappointment was the cost of postage. Charged for next day delivery via DPD Courier company over £9 pounds but item not even delivered within 2 days, I have purchased similar items from other retailers and not been charged anything.”

Hi Ralph, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I was disappointed to hear that you did not receive your item on Friday as arranged. We contacted our courier company as soon as we were aware of the problem and they confirmed the delivery did not take place due to an unforeseen problem at the depot. We immediately arranged an upgraded Saturday AM delivery, free of charge, but again they failed to deliver. I have been tracking the delivery and happy to see it has now been delivered on Monday. We will be having further discussions with our courier partner on how we can make sure this type of problem does not happen in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks, Steve

“I am extremely impressed with Audio Emotion, I recently purchased a pair of pre-loved Tannoy Legacy Arden speakers, not a small outlay for me, in fact I had very little money spare but did have a some good audio equipment to P/X. Gary gave me a very good P/X value and we quickly agree the deal. Marion who completed the collection of my gear and send out the Ardens was a great help. Thank You!”

“If i could give 5 starts plus i would Cannot praise Gordon highly enough He originally helped me replace my old Cyrus amps with a new Gabris valve Amp Then through meeting at hi-fi Show e- mail and phone helped me swap my turntable and Speakers The advice given and help and assistance were second to none Even delivered turntable to my house and helped set it up then recomended speakers to match system, music taste and room The sound i have compaired to before is night and day Great company and people to deal with Fantastic”
