“Upgrading an audio chain the right way could be tricky nowadays... Tons of online reviews, youtube videos... "Trial and error" approach and huge mess and confusion. Also not all products can be found easily... Then... I've discovered AE. Great expertise and communication, also precise and meaningful descriptions. A wonderful buying experience and now I can enjoy a sweet sounding product. Highly recommended seller!”

“Purchased a pair or preowned Mission speakers recently and, as I live locally, they were delivered to my home by Gordon who was very helpful and courteous. I needed new speaker cables and he made them up to the required length for me - nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Audio Emotion very highly - these guys are prepared to go the extra mile for their customers!”

“I recently purchased a pair of Tannoy Ardens from Audio Emotion. Tannoy are hard to come by in the US, and I expected the process of ordering, online and overseas cumbersome. Gary and Marion helped make the transaction a smooth one. And they performed with absolute professionalism. I highly recommend audio emotion to any audiophile regardless of geographic location.”

“Bought an Auralic Aries Mini. Response to stock check was very quick. Item was ordered on Thursday and delivered early the next day. “Item received securely packaged, only disappointment was the cost of postage. Charged for next day delivery via DPD Courier company over £9 pounds but item not even delivered within 2 days, I have purchased similar items from other retailers and not been charged anything.”

Hi Ralph, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I was disappointed to hear that you did not receive your item on Friday as arranged. We contacted our courier company as soon as we were aware of the problem and they confirmed the delivery did not take place due to an unforeseen problem at the depot. We immediately arranged an upgraded Saturday AM delivery, free of charge, but again they failed to deliver. I have been tracking the delivery and happy to see it has now been delivered on Monday. We will be having further discussions with our courier partner on how we can make sure this type of problem does not happen in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks, Steve

“I am extremely impressed with Audio Emotion, I recently purchased a pair of pre-loved Tannoy Legacy Arden speakers, not a small outlay for me, in fact I had very little money spare but did have a some good audio equipment to P/X. Gary gave me a very good P/X value and we quickly agree the deal. Marion who completed the collection of my gear and send out the Ardens was a great help. Thank You!”
