“I'd never dealt with Audio Emotion before and was slightly reticent, as I was doing a part exchange for an expensive phono amp, but their communication was top class, as was the deal I got for the PX. The fact I placed the order at 14:30 and the goods arrived next day at 11:00 was very impressive, the items for PX being picked up on delivery of the new kit. No fuss and no messing about with inificient couriers was an added bonus. I will definitely be using the company again.”

“Fast Delivery and well packaged. The only complaint is that a £20 cable costs £9.99 to deliver. More delivery options for small items would be an advantage.”

“First time purchase from Audio Emotion, the order for a stylus took much longer than expected for something that was labelled in stock. Some communication from ae would have been good relating to progress. It was a week before getting shipping notification from DPD, then it was 3 days before they received the item. The item was as described and we'll packed front transit.”

“I bought Sennheiser IE600 model headsets from here. All my questions before the order were answered in detail and I can say that they are very happy to help. It is a product sold in many online stores in the United Kingdom, but I preferred auido emotion with both customer reviews here and strict competitive prices. The product was very well packaged and I received it 1 day later. I also send my thanks and appreciation to dear Gary again here. (10% discount was defined for my next purchases on my post-sales invoice.) It was a shopping that I was satisfied with every detail.”
