One of the dealers (Gary?) spent a non trivial amount of time on the phone with me discussing the component I was considering, and confirmed I could send it back if I listened and didn't like it. Not sure all the info was accurate (nowhere does the marketing blurb mention temperature controlled components ... but, well, *maybe*). No problem.
I called to order and they suggested I order online as it's faster and they'd keep an eye out for the order. A couple of minutes later the order was in. This was a couple of hours before their 1pm deadline for next day delivery. Excitement mounted. But no email about delivery "today" so I called (around 9:30am on delivery day) only to be told my unit hadn't been sent due to "staff shortages" and "the DPD courier arrived earlier than usual". I can't help but be suspicious they simply forgot. I'd rather be told the truth (people make mistakes after all) than what sounds like a half arsed lie.
Anyway the unit arrived a day later than expected and it sounds great so it's a small fly in the ointment of my experience...
