“The circumstances couldn't be worse in the middle of this pandemic but the service they manage to achieve working from home and coordinating with the shop was prompt and first class. I've previously only bought cables but was so pleased with the advice and service when buying my new speakers means I won't hesitate to use them for a major purchase again.”

“I recently bought a Luxman DA 06 DSD DAC from Audio Emotion and in view of the current virus situation wondered how straight forward this might be. I needn't have worried... excellent service as ever. From the initial conversation, to placing the order and taking delivery of the unit, everything was without complication... plus a great product!”

“As a first time customer I am always a little wary of making a large value purchase. The staff at AE were excellent they responded to emails Very promptly and the whole process was very smooth with me being kept informed as the process went on.
