I have recently received my Cayin CS-55 KT88. I couldn't be happier, the amp is amazing. You can read plenty of reviews of Cayin amps so I'll not go into that here. Rather I will share my experience dealing with Audio Emotion. I contacted Graham who went the extra mile to make it possible for me to own this great amp. He offered a really good part-ex of my old system and made the transition as smooth as I could ever have hoped for. He even sent me a box for my amplifier to make the exchange really easy. On the day my new amp arrived I just handed over my old kit and got on with enjoying my new amp. I can't rate Graham and Audio Emotion highly enough. Thank you so much, all the best, David
