“This is the first time I have used Audio Emotion in fact, I had never heard of them until by chance I saw an advertisement for something I was considering. When I emailed for a price I was advised by Gary that the power supply I was hoping to purchase was no longer available and they no longer had any stock. Gary made a suggestion for an alternative, a Keces P3 and I decided to take a punt. It was to be a great choice and I am super happy. The service Audio Emotion offer is second to none. They kept me informed by email at each stage of the order process and delivery was well within the timescale advised at the time of order. I have no hesitation highly recommending Audio Emotion and I look forward to dealing with them again. Well done Audio Emotion👍”

“I had an old turntable which had been stored (not very carefully) for years and I was not able to get it to work properly when I tried to revive it. Gordon's patience and experience meant he managed to bring it back to life and I am delighted with the results. I found all of the staff I dealt with friendly and helpful and the cost was very reasonable. When I come to upgrade any components in future, Audio Emotion will be my first port of call.”

“My first purchase from A.E. was not as I wanted after a trial period. After discussion with the staff we reached an amical exchange and I was very satisfied, Since then several purchases have all worked well from a technical and commercial position. I view A.E.site once a week just to be tempted. I would not have any problem ordering from A.E. in the future.”
