“If i could give 5 starts plus i would Cannot praise Gordon highly enough He originally helped me replace my old Cyrus amps with a new Gabris valve Amp Then through meeting at hi-fi Show e- mail and phone helped me swap my turntable and Speakers The advice given and help and assistance were second to none Even delivered turntable to my house and helped set it up then recomended speakers to match system, music taste and room The sound i have compaired to before is night and day Great company and people to deal with Fantastic”

“That with the Audio Emotion seller was a fantastic experience. Very accurate description, exhaustive details on the equipment, even the Headamp GSX MKII was found new never used, so much so that I had to burn it completely. “Kindness,culture background, experience,competence,willingness to talk about Music,ability to offer advice : all compete among themseves but no one of them can win,because each one is the best in the world. I am pleased to mention my relationship with Audioemotin. It is a very serious company where competence and kindness reign. I have had opportunities to make purchases several times from Italy. Always with great satisfaction. Prices are excellent, in fact I can say the best in the market. The evaluation of the used trade-in given is fair. After-sales assistance is equally excellent. The shipment of the goods is complete, well packaged and safe. In short, everything works well with Audiemotion. I would go to them often. What a pity it is for me a little far!”

“I dealt with Gordon throughout who (via email and phone) was most helpful and a nice person to deal with. On delivery, which Gordon also did he helped me pack up my old speakers (Tannoy TD8s) and install, connect and test the "new" Gale GS401As. Quite a lengthy job which took around an hour and a half. I never felt rushed and we talked about music and Hi Fi during the process which was also enjoyable. My "new" Gales which were fully refurbished in 2015 (I was also provided with the original paperwork for this work) are amazing, the condition of these 40+ year old speakers is quite superb and even better than the description on your web site. They sound fantastic so far and over time as I get them properly "dialled in" I feel their performance will only improve. All in all a great company to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends. Thanks Gordon and Audio Emotion”

“I purchased a mains regenerator from Audio Emotion 10 years ago and it needed repair, so I contacted them and they were very helpful on the phone and suggested I send the unit back for an assessment. The upshot was either a repair running into hundreds of pounds or an upgrade to a new regenerator from a different manufacturer. I opted for the latter after the deal was made attractive with a discount and I received it a couple of working days later. Audio Emotion (Gary) was extremely helpful, prompt with communications and gave good advice on my options. As a result I have a better unit than I had before (from a manufacturer I had not heard of before but which is British) and I am delighted with the transaction. Thank you to Gary and the team in Audio Emotion”

“Fantastic high-end hi-fi supplier. Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful service. I would recommend anyone looking for quality hi-fi items and systems to contact Audio Emotions - make an appointment and prepare to be amazed at what you see! I recently purchased an ex-demo pair of Sennheiser HD800s headphones at a fantastic price (and they came with a very extended warranty). There was no pressure to buy and I was encouraged to use my own source hardware (Astell & Kern DAP) or use the top quality equipment provided, and to spend as much time as needed before making my decision whether to buy.”

“AudioEmotion is my favourite vendor. I made my first purchase last week on May 14th, 2019 and I received the item (AudioLab 6000N) on May, 21st directly at my office. If you live in UK probably 7 days for the delivery is not something to highlight but I live in Argentina, and it is incredible that in Just 7 days I can enjoy my purchase. Thanks a lot AudioEmotion, it was my first purchase but not the last one. In fact I am placing now an order for the Audiolab 6000A. Thanks!!!!”
