“I dealt with Gordon throughout who (via email and phone) was most helpful and a nice person to deal with. On delivery, which Gordon also did he helped me pack up my old speakers (Tannoy TD8s) and install, connect and test the "new" Gale GS401As. Quite a lengthy job which took around an hour and a half. I never felt rushed and we talked about music and Hi Fi during the process which was also enjoyable. My "new" Gales which were fully refurbished in 2015 (I was also provided with the original paperwork for this work) are amazing, the condition of these 40+ year old speakers is quite superb and even better than the description on your web site. They sound fantastic so far and over time as I get them properly "dialled in" I feel their performance will only improve. All in all a great company to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends. Thanks Gordon and Audio Emotion”

“I purchased a mains regenerator from Audio Emotion 10 years ago and it needed repair, so I contacted them and they were very helpful on the phone and suggested I send the unit back for an assessment. The upshot was either a repair running into hundreds of pounds or an upgrade to a new regenerator from a different manufacturer. I opted for the latter after the deal was made attractive with a discount and I received it a couple of working days later. Audio Emotion (Gary) was extremely helpful, prompt with communications and gave good advice on my options. As a result I have a better unit than I had before (from a manufacturer I had not heard of before but which is British) and I am delighted with the transaction. Thank you to Gary and the team in Audio Emotion”

“Fantastic high-end hi-fi supplier. Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful service. I would recommend anyone looking for quality hi-fi items and systems to contact Audio Emotions - make an appointment and prepare to be amazed at what you see! I recently purchased an ex-demo pair of Sennheiser HD800s headphones at a fantastic price (and they came with a very extended warranty). There was no pressure to buy and I was encouraged to use my own source hardware (Astell & Kern DAP) or use the top quality equipment provided, and to spend as much time as needed before making my decision whether to buy.”

“AudioEmotion is my favourite vendor. I made my first purchase last week on May 14th, 2019 and I received the item (AudioLab 6000N) on May, 21st directly at my office. If you live in UK probably 7 days for the delivery is not something to highlight but I live in Argentina, and it is incredible that in Just 7 days I can enjoy my purchase. Thanks a lot AudioEmotion, it was my first purchase but not the last one. In fact I am placing now an order for the Audiolab 6000A. Thanks!!!!”

“Been in touch with Audio Emotion a few times over the years, & they have always offered good advice and even informed me when an item I was interested in didn't fit my system. I bought a second hand amplifier/tuner/CD player for eft kitchen, and the condition matched the description and image on the web site, the price was competitive, and the delivery went seamlessly. I trust buying new or second hand from the dealer, and would always consider checking the website or shop when updating Hi Fi equipment. Great shop.”

“Push it very much, it was. Creek Evolution 50A was used at present, but next I was going to buy Creek Evolution 50CD. But, it couldn't be bought any more in Japan. An auction checked many foreign countries. It was only a doubtful site. AUDIO EMOTION was found and ordered at last. Very well, correspondence of Mr.Marion was saved. I'm liking British music very much and am asking by the following system. CREEK EVOLUTION 50A CREEK Sequel 40MK2 MM 40dB CREEK FM/AM AMBITTUNER rega Planar3 KEF Q300-Version UP QED Performance Ruby Anniversary Evolution If it reaches, I think I'll hear a CD of PINK FLOYD. “It is notoriously difficult to get sensible advice about what hifi products will suit one, especially as most audio emporia have a relatively high turnover of staff and don't take the trouble to actually listen to the customer, so busy are they with their own agenda. Buying gear without listening is without hearing them properly is usually a recipe for disaster. Except from Audio Emotion. The good folk at Audio Emotion give good advice, recommend products suited to one's idiosyncrasies, because they have got to know you over the years. Phone calls with them are always pleasant and reassuring (perhaps it's the Scottish way!). They can be bought from with confidence! It might cost you a bit more than you thought, but it's worth it!”
