“There is no better retailer than Audio Emotion in the UK. Knowledge about equipment, fast responses, fast delivery... and HiFi (low to high end) equipment. Also, Gary will answer every single question/doubt based on your system/preferences. I bought different equipment, but only after dozens of messages that were answered very promptly. Extremely recommended.”

“Its rare that I leave reviews and even rarer to experience good customer service in this day of age. Its been an absolutely pleasurable delight to correspond, interact and converse with Gary and Marion across the varied platforms of communications. Both have been polite, responsive and caring of the service they provide. The newly released product I invested my time and money in wasn't quite ready for despatch due to overwhelming demand. And its clear to see, indeed hear upon receipt, making the several week wait inconsequential. Words from me with regard to the product - Triangle Borea BR03's would do no justice. Instead, I strongly encourage to look to the, albeit limited reviews, but nevertheless availability across the globe. It gives great pleasure to concur with those that raise awareness of such. “I bought from them over seas ( Netherlands) but even across this distance I met very friendly emails somehow better or more genuine than I am used to. All questions answered with explanations plus photos. The unit I bought was promptly shipped and packed. The kind of service and knowledge you long for but which big (international ) companies with anonymous service departments although mostly friendly cannot provide anymore.”

“I found Audio emotion Ltd by chance while searching for some Tannoy eaton speakers. I found a great deal on a pair on their website and paid for them on line. Unfortunately they had been sold only hours earlier. My sales man Gary, feeling badly, gave me a terrific deal as he placed an order for new ones. I find this to be just fantastic customer service and I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend that you shop at Audioemotion Ltd for all your high end audio needs!”

“It is so rewarding to deal with a business that still understands what is meant by "customer service" I’ve had contact with Marion / Gary & Gordon, In Regards to my recent purchase of a Trigon Dialog that was not in stock & had to be built in the factory in Germany, But totally worth the wait & only because the Christmas & New Year period got in the way!!! “This was my second purchase from Gordon at Audio Emotion:- 1. A Rothwell S.U.T. 2. Tannoy Arden’s On both occasions, Gordon took time to advise me as to what would work best with my existing equipment. He displayed terrific patience with me whilst I made a decision and placed an order, cancelled, then re-ordered again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gordon and Audio Emotion. Just be wary of the website as there is an abundance of equipment you just need to have. You’ll be like a kid in a candy shop.”

“It is a nice experience to deal with someone who is as passionate about audio as you are. AE certainly exceeds in quality of service and pre-loved audio. “This is the first time I have used Audio Emotion in fact, I had never heard of them until by chance I saw an advertisement for something I was considering. When I emailed for a price I was advised by Gary that the power supply I was hoping to purchase was no longer available and they no longer had any stock. Gary made a suggestion for an alternative, a Keces P3 and I decided to take a punt. It was to be a great choice and I am super happy. The service Audio Emotion offer is second to none. They kept me informed by email at each stage of the order process and delivery was well within the timescale advised at the time of order. I have no hesitation highly recommending Audio Emotion and I look forward to dealing with them again. Well done Audio Emotion👍”
