“Keeping me up to date with what i was after ,when it was to turn up,then posting it out and getting the parcel two days before it was due, posed 2pm arrived 9.30 am NEXT DAY. Gary & Steven grate people to deal with, by emil or phone. I will be getting more gear from these again .Give them a try .10/10”

“This company offers incredible customer service, whether you're buying equipment costing many thousands or, like myself, buying a pre-owned item costing some hundreds. They are tops if giving balanced advice about the best product for your needs, offering great value-for-money, and providing an excellent delivery and follow-up service. This family-run company is a credit to all its staff, and I am sure I'll be using them as my first port of call when buying more hi-fi in the future. Many thanks.”

“The interesting thing about A.E. web is the pre-owned department. There are chances of bargain for superior equipment without spending fortunes, also there is a good guidance about all sort of products: I would never spend £15K on cables because it is madness when I can achieve the same result with a class A pre-owned one: that is where Audio Emotion come in place with name and guarantee. I might think there is convenience in other webs but I can say that here I find the best, and Scotland too makes a (strange but very true) energetic difference in purchasing the same high quality with no regrets. I have been let down by London dealers before so I talk with experience. Then there is a friendly Scottish accent from a man (G.A.) to make everything even more pleasant and being myself Italian I feel my audio "emotions" are well looked after.”

“Have dealt with the lovely folk at Audio Emotion a number of times having bought a number of preowned items from them and them also having them fixing my Shanling cdp when no one else i tried even wanted to help and i cant recommend them highly enough!! One thing in particular that i love is the speed at which they reply to emails which is better than any other dealer ive come accross down the years. From emailing to quality of stock to helpfullness to speed of delivery its 10 out of 10 from me all round! Kind regards, Tom”

“Just to confirm the cable arrived in perfect condition this morning. Thank you very much - great doing business with you. The improvements are a much more coherent overall sound and extended soundstage. The highs are smoother but also sweeter and more natural and the subbase is much more controlled. Very happy!”

“I called AE to get their thoughts on the effect on sound quality of balanced mains as I was considering buying a balanced mains distribution block. Gary was extremely helpful and gave me his views on the impact of balanced mains on his own system at home. I decided to go ahead and order a balanced Taga which has more than fulfilled my expectations. I must say that Gary's comments proved to be totally accurate. He also offered me a very generous part-exchange deal on my then current distribution block. I think AE's customer service is first class and, on the basis of my experience, would have no hesitation in recommending them without reservation.”

“Altogether a very pleasing attitude and authorative response to all my queries from all members of a very approachable & friendly team. A very refreshing good old fashioned kindness & caring approach at all times. Culminating in an exceptional deal which was conducted in the most satisfying & easy manner. An altogether excellent customer experience. Cannot recommend highly enough. Give Audio Emotion a try & see what I mean! P.S. “Gordon was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choices. He worked out a very good deal in part exchange and I ended up with a system which exceeded my expectations. Audio Emotion stock high end systems but at realistic prices. The clue is in the name. Quality systems convey the music. It's refreshing to find a dealer offering "a try at home" in the context of ones own system. Local dealers don't always offer the choice of equipment and I think this is where Audio Emotion scores very highly. I will certainly be returning in the future!”

“If you seek first class service, first class hi fi, from first class staff why would you go anywhere else? From your first phone call or visit to the shop,you realise you are dealing with staff that have extensive knowledge in the products that they sell, attention to detail is second to none, I have dealt with them for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else”

“It's strange how life can throw googlies at you, (yes googlies not curved balls, far too American), My buying habits, as I become older, have not changed a great deal, but a few years ago now I had seen a rather professional advert for some HiFi products. I like HiFi! Now I live in Gloucestershire and the company were North of Edinburgh, I had always bought from nice privately owned hopefully small dealerships and my main concern is for aftercare. But time had come to upgrade my system, and I'd outgrown my local dear ships, yes, I had a car and I could travel most places if my system asked me nicely enough. But I thought, "lets obtain some knowledge from this Scotsman first" to help guide the way forwards. Am I glad I made that call, because I suddenly went back in time, it was like I was in a Dr Who episode. It first hit me the attitude of the person on the end of the phone, he was not just helpful but cared about, not just me, after all I was just a customer that he wanted to sell to, but my needs, budget and so much more. I have been a sells person, I've been on the courses, and I thought at first so has this guy, (I now have discovered he is deeper than that unfair thought), but slowly I discovered I had come across a company that I could do business with, if only they were not so far away. So to cut a very long story short, "as these reviews are to help you and them to acquire a working relationship", I have now bought many items, both big and small from them, as for Audio Emotions, the talk through with servers and network stuff has been made easy, (I do not say this lightly as I'm far to old to understand what was said, but it was all made clear), The delivery and return with any issues I had, which were very few, all this and much more from the knowledge of the staff, to how to improve my sounds, which is after all the reason for contacting them in the first place. I Forgot the distance and anything about dealing with someone I'd properly never meet. I felt and feel part of their company as it is a small shop, just down the road as I'd always wanted, with all the benefits of that. They are there for me is how I now feel. Having worked in studios till very recently, I thought I know about sounds, and I hope I do, but when it comes to HiFi these guys know their business, I do my research before I spend my money so many questions were asked and tests on their knowledge from the past equipment I'd had, they came up trumps, (don't let the word TRUMP put you off), they don't pretend to know everything, but they are on your side with genuine interest in you, and not just to have your money. Give them a try, just phone and you, I'm sure, will be well pleased.”
