“My first purchase from A.E. was not as I wanted after a trial period. After discussion with the staff we reached an amical exchange and I was very satisfied, Since then several purchases have all worked well from a technical and commercial position. I view A.E.site once a week just to be tempted. I would not have any problem ordering from A.E. in the future.”

“Excellent seller and absolutely recommended for buyers who value honesty and service. This has been especially important for me, since I acquired used speakers from Spain through its website and logically in those cases the buyer depends on the reliability and confidence in the product description. Well, it could not have been a better experience. If the price was already attractive the result has been to receive the speakers in record time and, most importantly, they were described as new and it is really difficult to appreciate that they have been used: they are as premiere. They only came without the carpet piercing spikes, which I guess they didn't have. For me, any buyer from outside the UK has in this company a great professional with whom you can rest assured about your transaction. My congratulations for your service and excuse my English.”

“Upgrading an audio chain the right way could be tricky nowadays... Tons of online reviews, youtube videos... "Trial and error" approach and huge mess and confusion. Also not all products can be found easily... Then... I've discovered AE. Great expertise and communication, also precise and meaningful descriptions. A wonderful buying experience and now I can enjoy a sweet sounding product. Highly recommended seller!”

“Purchased a pair or preowned Mission speakers recently and, as I live locally, they were delivered to my home by Gordon who was very helpful and courteous. I needed new speaker cables and he made them up to the required length for me - nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Audio Emotion very highly - these guys are prepared to go the extra mile for their customers!”
