shoes arrived broken and in the wrong size, when I asked customer service if I could have a replacement pair in the correct size they said they were unable to replace them because apparently they were discounted. even though they had sent me the wrong size and the shoes were broken I would have to pay around £80 instead of £55 for the exact same shoes to fix this company's mistake. would not order from again
