“Bought a new hat for a festival both to keep the sun out of my eyes and dry if it rains. It was very comfortable mostly stayed in place with the wind and kept my hair dry when it poured down in the evening, plus next day delivery for a small extra fee. Money very well spent and will be ordering much more in the months to come.”

We are sorry you were unhappy with your order. The item you ordered was clearly advertised as 'per item' not as a pack. You then contacted us expecting a freebie as the picture on the packaging showed two. Whilst we did sympathise with you we do feel our website was very clear so were not able to send out another one for free.

“Both items I ordered were not in stock, after I ordered I was waiting for nearly a full week for them to leave "dispatching soon" status. Was then told it could be up to 3 months. Canceled both orders.”

There was unfortunately a problem with the boot in question and some of the stock became unavailable, we did offer to hold the order for new stock which was a few weeks wait. You declined this as you did not want to wait. We are very sorry we were unable to provide the sort of service you were expecting and we understand why you are not happy.

“I am old but I was going to the Punk All Dayer in Glasgow and knew I would be surrounded by old punks too so bit the bullet and bought the Heartless Marta Checked Mini Dress. Added full spiked hair, mad make up and doc martens and had soooo manypeople tell me I looked fab. There were quite a few lassies in tartan dresses but none were as nice as mine. Really comfy and excellent design if you are a bit rotund but still want to rock!”
