“I still haven't received my order. I sent two emails and have had no reply to either. I would give 0 stars if possible”

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry for the delay in you receiving your order, this has been investigated and as per our reply to your email we can confirm the delivery will be any day now, the order has been held up in customs, which is unfortunately out of our control. We can confirm we have only received one email from you and this has been replied to, it took a little longer than usual as it was received during the holiday period when we were closed.

“I've shopped with Attitude clothing a few times in the past and never had an issue, their quality of items are amazing. However, this time I had to return something and I wasn't very impressed with the attitude of the customer service team. This does make me think again about shopping there.”

“Pleased with purchase. Easy to order. Item arrived quickly. The only thing I would say is that it might have been better to write "fragile" on the packaging, because the postman just chucked it in through the letter box. The item wan't damaged so it's fine. Just a suggestion.”

“Leggings arrived with multiple holes in, very creased and look like they’d already been worn. Contacted customer services who said I have to pay to return them and I could be refunded if deemed ‘refundable’. I didn’t have time to waste going to the post office and attempting a swap when I needed them for an event sooner. I’ve since seen all the holes up. Definitely wouldn’t order anything else, I’m really disappointed as there was a few other items I liked but not chancing it.”
