“Slow service and no response to emails. Still awaiting refund on faulty goods. We ordered a pair of boots that arrived faulty (platform sole completely separating from the boot on both). I emailed with photos as instructed on website. No response. I initiated a returned through the normail 14 days terms as getting no response to emails asking for replacement. Received one email acknowledging receipt of the return, but nothing else since. They say they will notify me when they "process" the refund. Still nothing over two weeks later.”

“Sent item back for a refund had no reply to emails for a week no answer on phone for 3 days then told still need to wait for refund even though been 2 weeks since received back & even confirmed it was checked & cleared for a refund. Won’t be ordering again from Attitude Clothing very disappointing.”

“Have not received my order after almost a month, customer service is not answering any mails. Tracking number wont update, spend close to 250£, very frustrating and disappointing. Will not be shopping again, and hope to get my money back if order doesn't arrive within a month.”

“What can I say i been shopping with this shop before the internet was as popular i saw them advertised in rock magazine in 1997 I use to have send in money order so im customer long time i always bought my clothes and hair dye from here because of how fast they ship to me within few days i got what i order this is probably only store that been around as long myself. I tell people all go look on attitude clothing they might have it. Its sad see they no longer sell lot of America brands because of what going on in world. But still got hair dye stuff so guys keep up the good work you rock i still be buying when im im my 70s lol”
