“Package arrived quickly and the products were as expected however Demonias were a lot bigger than expected so I had to return them for store credit then once the refund was approved I bought them again in a lower size but had to pay the £5 postage fee again.”

“The Vampira vase is absolutey fabuolus ! The accessories I bought were also exactly as described and good quality. The vase was extremely well packaged and each of the accessories I purchased were individually wrapped and the whole order carefully boxed. My order was received very quickly, there was good commuminaction and I would definately purchase from this fab company again.”

Unfortunately sometimes errors can occur. We only list products that are available (with the exception of pre order items clearly stated as such). However on this occasion there was a stock error, we reached out to you straight away and offered you a refund or alternative, you chose the refund which we processed straight away. Sorry we were not able to get you the item you wanted.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you have had the unfortunate situation of receiving damaged items twice. We do take great care with our packaging and the vast majority of items will arrive in perfect condition. As we sell a number of very delicate items sometimes issues will occur. You were refunded within a few days of us receiving the return parcel, it was nowhere near 2 weeks let alone 3.

“I was a bit concerned as I purchases two pairs of shoes then read the reviews of this company but I can say I can’t fault them. Shoes I ordered were exactly as I saw on line and love that they are made out of vegan leather. I would definitely use this company again.”

“I can't comment on the products but the website is not easy to navigate and I was very disappointed in the system for purchasing vouchers. I wanted to purchase for someone else and it was more complicated than it should be. I've purchased lots of online vouchers and this was the worst experience of them all. Hopefully easier in future.”

Thank you for your review. We understand what you are saying about the vouchers, the system we use really isn't great. Unfortunately it is the only one available to us on this website. We will certainly look to update it to a new system as soon as the opportunity arises. The next one will be easier for sure.
