“I was a bit concerned as I purchases two pairs of shoes then read the reviews of this company but I can say I can’t fault them. Shoes I ordered were exactly as I saw on line and love that they are made out of vegan leather. I would definitely use this company again.”

“I can't comment on the products but the website is not easy to navigate and I was very disappointed in the system for purchasing vouchers. I wanted to purchase for someone else and it was more complicated than it should be. I've purchased lots of online vouchers and this was the worst experience of them all. Hopefully easier in future.”

Thank you for your review. We understand what you are saying about the vouchers, the system we use really isn't great. Unfortunately it is the only one available to us on this website. We will certainly look to update it to a new system as soon as the opportunity arises. The next one will be easier for sure.

“The belt is really good value for money, unfortunately the smallest hole on the belt renders it wearable by a giantess of some sort or other. I am going to have to find somewhere to take it to to get it altered as it goes round me 1 and 3/4 times! (Im a size 12) So just to be warned you will most probably have to get alterations done on it if you purchase it.”

“Ordered on boxing day and came a few weeks after (to be expected at that time of year). My bag came in fantastic condition and is even cutter and cuddelier in person than in photos, a huge hit among family and friends!! Will order from here again”

Thank you for your review. We note the order was placed on 18th December, a peak time for shipping and was with customs in your country just a few days later, the parcel was then redirected at your request. This all happened in just a few days, not one month! We have been selling that item for a long time and do not get many returns due to size, but of course if you are not happy feel free to return it.

“Mossing dokumentation with the package made some complications through customs, I had to send dokuments myself and it tool almost a week konger and higher expencis for me.”

Thank you for your review. We do not send any documentation with orders any more, it is all done electronically, I can confirm all the required information was correct and present so any issues were with the delivery company and not to do with paperwork.

We are very sorry for the delay in you receiving your order, this has been investigated and as per our reply to your email we can confirm the delivery will be any day now, the order has been held up in customs, which is unfortunately out of our control. We can confirm we have only received one email from you and this has been replied to, it took a little longer than usual as it was received during the holiday period when we were closed.
