“Do not buy from this company worst service ever returned my item weeks ago still waiting for the refund after sending emails they ask me to do a review just send me back my money”

We notice from our records you refund was processed in a few days upon receipt of the return not weeks! Unfortunately we cannot provide instant returns, there is a process which includes allowing time for the postal service to get the return to us, time for us to inspect and repack the items returned, then process the refund. Even once we have precessed the refund it can take 2-4 days for the money to be received by your bank. We are not sure what your expectations are but this process will never be instant as you seem to expect. We clearly state that this can all take up to 14 days, in your case it was actually much quicker.

“Absolutely poor customer service and poor quality items Sent everything back and they received them over 2 weeks ago but still no refund. Customer service are snarky and unhelpful while overall living up to the poor reputation they have garnered.over the years.”

Thank you for your review. We did refund your returned items well within the advertised period, unfortunately we are not able to provide instant refunds, we need to receive the order back first and then the items need to be checked over before passing over to accounts for the refund transaction. Allowing for the post and the in house procedures this takes a few days, we just appreciate that the majority of our customers are realistic and understand this.
