“Very courteous staff. I ordered after their postal deadline but my amazing chair arrived before 9am the next day which was SO helpful. The chair itself (the Kanga Heavy Duty Kneeling Chair) was really well-made and very simple to put together. It is such a pleasure to use instead of the non-swivel varieties I've used in the past. Many thanks and I will be using you again Mark Dabbs”

“Ordered a Newbury Cupboard in Beech; that was stated as 'in stock' on the web-site received the following e-mails: - 1: Thank you for your interest in Atlantis Office Ltd products. Your order has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed. 2: Your order has been updated to the following status: Complete 3: Thank you for your order, this has been dispatched today for delivery tomorrow. This has been dispatched via TNT and your tracking number is xxxxxxxxx. Please also find attached a copy of your VAT Invoice / Receipt #xxxxx. If you have any questions, please let me know. 4: Unfortunately there has been a bit of confusion and we only have the Newbury cupboard available in Oak, would you like us to send out an oak cupboard instead or alternatively we can of course, issue you with a full refund, I replied stating I needed the cupboard in Beech not Oak, and received the following e-mail:- 5. Your refund has now been issued, this may take up to 3-5 days, sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, To be fair, the refund was processed the same day as the last e-mail; so that was a positive. And another positive is that their website does now state that the Beech variety is out of stock. It's just one of my pet hates that companies are still unable to maintain correct stock level information on their websites after all these years of Internet Shopping.”

“Although I ordered my chair on the deadline for next day delivery the chair arrived on time. It was well packaged, the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The quality of the product is superior to others that I have seen at a similar price and the chair met my purpose in every way. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”

“Please review who you use for delivery of items. We experienced poor customer service from DX couriers. I googled the the company after their delivery and discovered that they have nearly 300 customers reviews with an average rating of 1.3 out of 5 - I don't think I've ever seen anything that bad on Google. Whilst we're happy with the service provided by Atlantis, I believe the the choice of courier, unfortunately, has a negative effect on your reputation as well.”

“The chair arrived as advertised - the next day. Fairly easy to put together, assembling key provided in the box. I cannot comment yet on the functionality as I have just started using it. however, it looks quite robust and well made for a fairly reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it! I've only awarded 4 Stars as I don't know how good it will turn out to be.”

“The kneeler chair is very comfortable and takes up much less space than an office chair, which is useful when using it in a home office that may not be as big. It has certainly improved my back - I now have no back pain when sitting to work on my laptop at the desk. My only criticism would be that, as with all flat-pack furniture I optimistically set to work to put the chair together but then found that one set of holes didn't line up for the mechanism that adjusts the height - I had to file away a fair portion of the wood in order to get it to fit. It was fine in the end but it only serves to emphasize that flat-pack furniture is not simple to put together; it saves manufacturers and retailers a lot of time and money but it certainly lowers customer satisfaction. Overall, however, I am now happy with the chair.”

“Lovely corner desk and return desk ordered in walnut finish. Part of the return desk was missing but was sent on in a few days & I received a phone call to make sure it had. All in all a great purchase and good customer support, thanks. Very good value for money.”
