“Was looking to place an order on-line but needed to ask a question. I used the chat facility and after they answered my question they offered to call me to place the order. They called straight away and my order was placed in minutes. The desk and drawers arrived when they said it would with no damage to the packaging. Desk and drawers are exactly as described. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.”
