“Some confusion over what I ordered against what arrived due to the branding on the box and instructions so ended up with two office chairs the same but Atlantis tried to resolve quickly. Would recommend.”

“Very nice chair. Unfortiunately it was not in stock in your showroom as I wouold have liked to have tried it out first. However it is really good . Not told when it was going to be delivered and it was left on my doorstep when i was out! I would have been at home if I had known when it was going to be delivered.”

“Great company - I’ve ordered twice from them now. Each time communication has been spot-on. My particular orders weren’t always in stock, but I was emailed almost straight away with alternative products. The alternatives offered are always very similar to what was originally requested, on my most recent purchase I actually preferred the alternative to my original order, and it was slightly cheaper. I was refunded straight away with the difference. No hassle or fuss. There was a bit of a delay with the courier company, but Katy was on the case chasing them and keeping me updated. I love the customer service which is why I keep coming back.”

“Atlantis offer great customer service. In trying to find and order my item, I emailed for info and received a response within 24 hours. An order was laced and the item was processed and dispatched swiftly. I only removed 1 star because DPD - the courier used - failed to deliver the item to my address. I received the usual 'customer not available' email from DPD, which wasn't the case because I work from home and have my desk positioned about 4 meters from my front door. DPD need to try harder or Atlantis needs to switch their courier firm.”

“Great service - I was having problems with making online payment so called and they picked up my order straight away and took payment over the phone. The chair arrived within 2 days and is lovely quality. The porters are all really happy with it. We opted for one that is made for 24/7 use and to take a heavy weight, time will tell if it's as good as it says it is. So far so good though. Would recommend.”

“Ordered a harrier swivel chair, which arrived the next day. Very easy to put together. Has all the adjustments you would want from an ergonomic chair, so is providing perfect support to my back. Contacted company via email with a couple of questions afterwards and received speedy replies.”

“Great service and fast delivery. Unfortunately, the chair itself is pretty uncomfortable. There's insufficient padding at the front of the seat so my legs go numb, and I can't configure the back rest in any way that doesn't give me backache. Oh well.”

“A decent chair for the money. Only issue to stop it being 5* was that one of the screws didn’t line up and it was the devils own job to get it assembled because of this”

“A little disappointed after ordering an item that was marked as ‘in stock’ to be told that it actually wasn’t available but would be in stock in a couple of weeks, which was then extended a further week. On the other hand, to be fair, I was contacted quickly and given the option to cancel, but decided to stick with it as after a lot of research this was the chair I wanted. It did arrive by the final deadline and I am very pleased with the product.”

“Atlantis Office were very helpful when I was trying to make a payment via PayPal. I rang the company and the staff member I spoke to noticed that my order hadn't gone through and suggested placing the order over the phone. The lady was very kind, courteous and explained everything. Putting my office chair together was tricky. Two of the rubber washers wouldn't stay in place and kept falling into a groove. I manged to put everything together after getting advice from Atlantis Office but I'm not convinced I did a good job.”
