“There was a hiccup with communication when the order was first place which meant I waited in for 2 days for a delivery that never arrived. After chasing, I was informed that my order was out of stock and nobody had told me. Once this was sorted, I was able to change my order and the chair arrived the following day. The product was superb and well worth the money. So, generally a good service but with a few communication problems.”

“I ordered my goods on a Wednesday, fully believing the 'delivered next day' claim. It is now the following Tuesday and i still do not have my goods! I was contacted directly by the shipping company, and told something had gone wrong and that i would receive my goods on Saturday before 12pm, i waited in all morning and no one came nor was i contacted. Thoroughly disappointed, i wouldn't recommend this organisation, lots of false claims and false promises and no actual evidence of those claims or promises. Buy else where to save yourself any aggravation and disappointment”

“Can't praise this company highly enough! Best customer service I've encountered for ages. Bought a chair as it was best price I could find on the internet and a small problem with the item (that wasn't their fault at all) was quickly dealt with and a replacement part sent out immediately. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.”

“Dealing with Atlantis Office was excellent, from the order being placed, keeping me informed and up to the delivery! The product is excellent but I do have to obtain some 'Suspension Files' to suit me. You have the option of A4 or Foolscap which, in fairness, the supplier cannot forsee which you may need. I would readily recommend the supplier. Kind Regards Chris”

“Whilst the chair is very new I have found it very good at keeping my straight when working.I have suffered from bad posture for years and this is going to help a great deal. I am now 81,it is never too late. A well made chair should be good for years. Thank you. Alan Critcher”

“The filing cabinet we ordered looks good quality but when we got it home there was no key to open the unit, the item was ordered on the 6th July and collected on the 8th July, we contacted Atlantis office on Monday 11th July at 9.05am so that a key could be put in the post, it is now 3.15pm on 13th July and we are not happy as the key still has not arrived. we have made many phone calls to get a key delivered which should have been put in the post on Monday 11th July. The staff have been very friendly and polite but action and communication has been very poor. We still cannot get the unit open - help.”

“good company to deal with the chair i bought arrived quickly and in perfect condition i have only one con and that is : i would have liked a conformation email that the process was complete and item would arrive at an estemated delivery date,appart from that everything went well ,will use again”
