“Staff are extremely helpful.Chair arrived next day on free delivery.A couple of bolts were missing.After I rang them the bolts were delivered the following morning.This chair which they recommended is first class in every way.You may think it is a bit pricey but you get a top quality product and it feels and looks excellent value.I must give Rachel a mention,who guided me through the minefield of office chairs.She has excellent product knowledge and a great sense of humour.I highly recommend Atlantis and will certainly shop again.”

“Ordered new pre assembled chair on Monday, arrived four days later on the Thursday. Excellent service. I did ask to be notified the day before of confirmed delivery, this didn't happen, fortunately we were in to receive the delivery, apart from that, very happy with everything, good price too, would use again”

“We ordered an office desk on Monday at 11.00 a.m. It was delivered by lunchtime on Tuesday and now sits in our office space doing just what we wanted it to do. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for an excellent service. We shall encourage others to use you. Alan & Jill Waton”

“I ordered a large office chair online and it arrived as promised, the following afternoon. It was very heavy but as I am disabled, the TNT delivery man was very kind and brought it right into my apartment for me. The quality of the chair is everything I expected, and the prompt service from Atlantis Office was very much appreciated.”

“There was a hiccup with communication when the order was first place which meant I waited in for 2 days for a delivery that never arrived. After chasing, I was informed that my order was out of stock and nobody had told me. Once this was sorted, I was able to change my order and the chair arrived the following day. The product was superb and well worth the money. So, generally a good service but with a few communication problems.”

“I ordered my goods on a Wednesday, fully believing the 'delivered next day' claim. It is now the following Tuesday and i still do not have my goods! I was contacted directly by the shipping company, and told something had gone wrong and that i would receive my goods on Saturday before 12pm, i waited in all morning and no one came nor was i contacted. Thoroughly disappointed, i wouldn't recommend this organisation, lots of false claims and false promises and no actual evidence of those claims or promises. Buy else where to save yourself any aggravation and disappointment”

“Can't praise this company highly enough! Best customer service I've encountered for ages. Bought a chair as it was best price I could find on the internet and a small problem with the item (that wasn't their fault at all) was quickly dealt with and a replacement part sent out immediately. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.”

“Dealing with Atlantis Office was excellent, from the order being placed, keeping me informed and up to the delivery! The product is excellent but I do have to obtain some 'Suspension Files' to suit me. You have the option of A4 or Foolscap which, in fairness, the supplier cannot forsee which you may need. I would readily recommend the supplier. Kind Regards Chris”
