There was a hiccup with communication when the order was first place which meant I waited in for 2 days for a delivery that never arrived. After chasing, I was informed that my order was out of stock and nobody had told me. Once this was sorted, I was able to change my order and the chair arrived the following day. The product was superb and well worth the money. So, generally a good service but with a few communication problems.
