“A fantastic experience from start to finish. I placed my order on a Saturday. I'd ordered a mismatched pedestal and desk combo which would have looked daft. Sunday, I got an eMail checking I really wanted this combo and they suggested alternatives. Monday, we agreed the best solution. Tuesday, desk and pedestal arrived and I'm working from them now. Delighted.”

“Great company to buy from, delivered next day. Customer service was 10/10 and fast to reply. Product was very well built. I unfortunately had to return the chair I ordered, due to me not reading the description properly and the chair not being high enough to support my head. Returning it was easy no problems at all. Would definitely order again. 5 stars.”

“Brilliant aftersales support! I have had my office chair a few years and needed some advice due to a worn gas strut. My expectation was to try identify who the manufacturer was, so I could enquire directly if the part was still in production. I was able to speak to a very courteous advisor over the phone within a couple of minutes, who was able to ship a replacement part to arrive within a couple of days. This exceeded my expectations - I wouldnt hestate to recommend!”

“Very nice chair. Unfortiunately it was not in stock in your showroom as I wouold have liked to have tried it out first. However it is really good . Not told when it was going to be delivered and it was left on my doorstep when i was out! I would have been at home if I had known when it was going to be delivered.”

“I had a slight problem with the hercules bariatric chair when the right arm rest came apart caused by my tending to lift myself on it. I emailed Atlantic and they were very quick to inform me that there was a replacement, but the style had changed which resulted in me obtaining 2 of them. Just as well I did, the comfort has improved tremendously, no longer was the arm rest a solid plastic one but a lovely cusioned one. Long story short, I ordered two which were very reasonably priced, they arrived within two days and took all of 20 minutes to fit myself. The service and the advice was 100%”
